At RevCore I assist individuals that struggle with addiction and mental health issues.
Each day I work towards changing the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health, and I focus on creating a space where people can come to connect with others and build a life that is healthier, safer, and more stable for them. Being a part of someone’s journey with recovery is rewarding. Especially as a person opens up this part of their life and allows me to provide assistance with developing coping skills, providing resources, and offering support during difficult times. It makes me happy to see the growth and progress people achieve through this program.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have experience in substance abuse counseling, sex offender treatment, and conducting risk assessments that determine the level of care to provide. I received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida where I double majored in Psychology and Criminology. Following this, I received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Forensics from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in NYC. In graduate school, I participated in research projects funded by the National Science Foundation that focused on jury bias. I started working at RevCore in 2017 as a primary counselor, and I am currently a Senior Counselor, supervising several staff. If I may be of assistance, please reach out to me at email@example.com
